Après la première phrase de l’alinéa 2, insérer la phrase suivante : « Pour les projets présentés par une métropole définie à l’article L. 5217‑1 du code général des collectivités territoriales, la métropole d'Aix-Marseille-Provence et la métropole du Grand Paris,  elle porte une attention particulière aux projets présentant une coopération avec leurs territoires limitrophes, que ceux-ci soient ruraux ou périurbains. »
