Summary
Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 225‑18‑1 du code de commerce est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase, les mots : « ne peut être inférieure à 40 % » sont remplacés par les mots : « doit être égale à 50 % » ; 2° La seconde phrase est supprimée.
