Summary

La section 5 du chapitre II du titre II du livre II du code pénal est complété par un article 222‑33‑2-4 ainsi rédigé : « Art. 222‑32‑2-4 . – Le fait d’harceler une personne par des propos ou comportements répétés ayant pour objet de lui faire recourir à l’aide à mourir telle que définie à l’article L. 1111‑12‑1 du code de la santé publique est puni de trois ans d’emprisonnement et de 375 000 euros d’amende lorsque ces faits ont conduit à la mort de la personne. »
