Après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’elle est commise avec tout acte de pénétration sexuelle, de quelque nature qu’il soit, tout acte bucco-génital ou tout acte bucco-anal, l’atteinte sexuelle définie au premier alinéa constitue un viol au sens de l’article 222‑23. »
