Après l’article L. 121‑8 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un article L. 121‑8-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 121‑8-1. – Par dérogation à l’article L. 121‑8, les installations de production d’électricité produite par les installations utilisant l’énergie radiative du soleil peuvent être autorisées sur des terrains artificialisés. »
