Après l’alinéa 13, insérer les neuf alinéas suivants : « Une installation de production, telle que mentionnée par le présent article, est définie par l’article L. 511‑1 du code de l’environnement. Les installations de production, définies dans la nomenclature des installations classées établie par décret en Conseil d’État, et listées ci-dessous, peuvent bénéficier de ces dispositions : « 1° Activités agricoles et animaux ; « 2° Agroalimentaires et agroindustrie ; « 3° Textiles, cuirs et peaux ; « 4° Bois, papier, carton, imprimerie ; « 5° Matériaux, minerais et métaux ; « 6° Chimie, parachimie, caoutchouc et matières plastiques ; « 7° Déchets ; « 8° Divers. »
