Summary

L’article 706‑52 du code de procédure pénale est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, les mots : « d’un mineur victime » sont remplacés par les mots : « d’une victime » ; 2° À la fin du deuxième alinéa, les mots :« du mineur » sont remplacés par les mots :« de la victime » ; 3° Au début du cinquième alinéa, les mots : « Sur décision du juge d’instruction » sont remplacés par les mots : « Sur simple demande » ; 4° Le sixième alinéa est supprimé.
