Substituer à l’alinéa 4 les trois alinéas suivants : « 2° L’article L. 6211‑9 est ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 6211‑9. – Le biologiste médical peut prolonger la validité d’une ordonnance d’examens de biologie médicale pour un patient atteint d’une pathologie chronique. Les résultats sont transmis au prescripteur. « Les modalités d’application du présent article sont précisées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
