Summary

L’article L. 100‑1 du code du sport est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’aléa sportif est un principe fondamental du sport professionnel. Le principe d’aléa sportif postule qu’il existe, entre compétiteurs, une égalité de chances qui doit être préservée. Cette égalité de chances implique notamment qu’il n’existe entre ces compétiteurs aucun risque d’entente ni aucune situation de nature à conduire à des soupçons d’entente. »
