Summary

Après l’article L. 1226‑5 du code du travail, il est inséré un article L. 1226‑5‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1226‑5‑1 . – Tout salarié atteint d’une maladie grave au sens des 3° et 4° de l’article L. 160‑14 du code de la sécurité sociale a l’autorisation de bénéficier d’une téléconsultation ou de télésoins pendant ses horaires de travail, y compris lorsqu’elle n’était pas prévue à l’avance. L’employeur garantit la confidentialité de la téléconsultation ou des télésoins. »
