Summary

Après l’alinéa 32, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « III. – Le premier alinéa du II de l’article L. 4163‑16 du code du travail est ainsi modifié : « 1° Les mots : « dans la limite de 50 % du » sont remplacés par les mots : « qui ne peut être inférieure à 20 % du » ; « 2° Est ajoutée une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Le montant de la pénalité est doublé en cas de récidive dans un délai fixé par voie réglementaire. »
