Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 4 : « Art. L. 1111‑12‑12 . – I. – Un médecin, un infirmier ou une infirmière n’est pas tenu de pratiquer une euthanasie ou un suicide assisté. Aucun aide-soignant ou aucune aide-soignante, aucun auxiliaire médical, quel qu’il soit, n’est tenu de concourir à une euthanasie ou à un suicide assisté. »
