Avant l’alinéa 1, ajouter les deux alinéas suivants : « I A. – Après l’article L. 1110‑5‑3 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 1110‑5‑4 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 1110‑5-4 . – Est défini comme réfractaire tout symptôme dont la perception est insupportable et qui ne peut être soulagé malgré des efforts thérapeutiques répétés, sans compromettre la conscience du patient. »
