I. – À l’alinéa 2, après le mot : « appliquent », insérer les mots : « , si le cahier des charges mentionné au présent article en fixe le principe et les modalités, ». II. – Substituer aux alinéas 3 et 4 l’alinéa suivant : « La performance de collecte et de valorisation d’un matériau et le montant d’un éventuel abattement sont définis par le cahier des charges. » III. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « Le cahier des charges, arrêté à l’issue d’une concertation formalisée, détermine le montant, l’applicabilité et les modalités de mise en œuvre de cette modulation. »
