Summary

La sous-section 3 de la section 1 du chapitre I er du titre III du livre I er du code pénal est complétée par un article 131‑11‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. 131‑11‑1. – En cas de condamnation pour fraude aux prestations sociales ou pour fraude fiscale, la juridiction peut prononcer, à titre de peine complémentaire, l’interdiction pour le condamné de bénéficier d’aides publiques, de subventions ou de prestations sociales pour une durée maximale de cinq ans à compter de la décision devenue définitive. »
