I. – À l’alinéa 1, après le mot : « informations », insérer les mots : « strictement nécessaires et proportionnées à la prévention d’un danger grave et sérieusement probable pour la personne, et ». II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l'alinéa suivant : « 2° Le même article 431 du code civil est complété par deux phrases ainsi rédigées : « La personne ayant procédé à la transmission consigne par écrit les éléments communiqués et les circonstances qui la justifient. Sauf si cette information est de nature à compromettre la protection de la personne concernée, celle-ci en est informée sans délai. » »
