Summary
Après l’alinéa 8, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « VIII bis (nouveau). – Le code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1132‑3 et à la première phrase du cinquième alinéa de l’article L. 1132‑5, les mots : « , après avis d’une commission composée notamment de professionnels, » sont supprimés ; « 2° L’article L. 3331‑7 est abrogé. »
