Substituer à l’alinéa 2 les cinq alinéas suivants : « 1° Le premier alinéa est ainsi modifié : « a) Au début, sont ajoutés les mots : « En cas de danger grave et immédiat, » ; « b) Le mot : « peut » est remplacé par le mot : « doit » ; « c) Les mots : « soit ordonner la remise provisoire du mineur à un centre d’accueil ou d’observation, soit » sont supprimés ; « d) Sont ajoutés les mots : « , en délivrant une ordonnance de sûreté de l’enfant » ; ».
