Summary

I. – L’article 790 A bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Aux premier et neuvième alinéas du I, le montant : « 100 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 150 000 € » ; 2° Le II est abrogé. II. – Les pertes de recettes résultant du I sont compensées par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits visés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
