Summary

L’article 3 de la loi n° 72‑657 du 13 juillet 1972 instituant des mesures en faveur de certains commerçants et artisans âgés est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les dispositions du présent article s’appliquent aux établissements de stockage et de logistique servant à la vente de biens à distance ainsi qu’aux surfaces commerciales conçues pour le retrait par la clientèle d’achats au détails commandés par voie télématique ».
