Summary

I. – L’article 1383 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le I est ainsi modifié : a) Au premier alinéa, les mots : « constructions nouvelles, » sont supprimés ; b) À la première phrase du deuxième alinéa, après le mot : « revient, », sont insérés les mots : « supprimer l’exonération ou » ; 2° Au premier alinéa du II, les mots : « constructions nouvelles, » sont supprimés ; 3° Le III est abrogé. II. – Le I s’applique à compter des impositions dues au titre de l’année 2026.
