Rédiger ainsi cet article : « I. – Le 1 du I de l'article 885‑0 V bis du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au premier alinéa, le taux : « 50 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 75 % » ; « 2° Au dernier alinéa du 2°, le montant : « 45 000 € » est remplacé par le montant : « 90 000 € ». « II. – La perte des recettes pour l’État est compensé à dure concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235  ter  ZD du code général des impôts. »
