Le chapitre Ier du titre X du code des douanes est ainsi modifié : 1° L’article 265 nonies  est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les dispositions du présent article sont applicables jusqu’au 1 er janvier 2022. » ; 2° Au C du 8 de l’article 266 quinquies C, il est rétabli un  g ainsi rédigé : «  g. Le tarif de la taxe intérieure de consommation applicable aux personnes mentionnées aux a , b et d de la présente section prend fin au 1 er janvier 2022. »
