Summary

I. – À la première phrase du premier alinéa du 19° de l’article 81 du code général des impôts, les mots : « 6,91 € par titre » sont remplacés par les mots : « 8,30 € par titre à partir du 1 er septembre 2023 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à la taxe visée à l’article 235 ter ZD du code général des impôts.
