Summary

I. – L’article 1450 du code général des impôts est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le présent article ne s’applique pas aux exploitants viticoles n’utilisant pas des modes de production particulièrement respectueux de l’environnement susceptibles de faire l’objet de certifications définies à l’article L. 611‑6 du code rural et de la pêche maritime. Un décret fixe les conditions d’application du présent alinéa. » II. – Le I entre en vigueur à compter du 1 er janvier 2021.
