Summary

I. – Après la première phrase de l’article L. 111‑4 du code de la consommation, il est inséré une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Il offre notamment la possibilité au consommateur de pouvoir changer aisément et par lui-même la batterie en lui permettant l’accès à cette pièce. » II. – Le I du présent article entre en vigueur le 1 er juillet 2022. Un arrêté définit la liste des produits concernés par cette obligation, en incluant notamment les tablettes, téléphones et ordinateurs portables.
