Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 22 : « Lors d’une fécondation in vitro , ne peuvent être conçus que le nombre limité d’embryons que l’équipe de procréation médicalement assistée et les candidats à la procréation médicalement assistée sont convenus d’implanter pour la tentative en cours. La conception d’embryons en surnombre et leur conservation sont interdites, à moins que, à titre exceptionnel, l’implantation projetée ne puisse avoir lieu immédiatement ».
