Summary

Après l’alinéa 7, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Dans le cas où cette demande de certificat de virginité est demandée pour un mineur, par un Français ou par une personne résidant habituellement sur le territoire français, la loi française est applicable par dérogation au deuxième alinéa de l’article 113‑6 du code et les dispositions de la seconde phrase de l’article 113‑8 dudit code ne sont pas applicables. »
