Les personnes mentionnées à l’article 1 er de la présente loi dépassant le seuil d’audience en ligne fixé par décret ont l’obligation de rendre publique de façon régulière les informations essentielles concernant leur activité. Le contenu et la périodicité de cette publication sont définis par décret. Le non-respect de cette obligation est puni par une amende d’un montant équivalent à 2 % du chiffre d’affaires annuel de l’influenceur.
