Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Les personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa s’abstiennent de publier ou stocker des images pornographiques simulant une infraction prévue au paragraphe 2 de la section 5 du chapitre VII du titre II du livre II du code pénal. Cette simulation est appréciée notamment par le contenu, par les images ou par les titres donnés aux images. » II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 4, supprimer les mots : « et au paragraphe 2 de la section 5 du chapitre VII ».
