Summary

Le troisième alinéa du 7 du I de l’article 6 de la loi n° 2004‑575 du 21 juin 2004 pour la confiance dans l’économie numérique est ainsi modifié : 1° Après la première occurrence du mot : « apologie », sont insérés les mots : « , de la négation ou de la banalisation » ; 2° Après la référence : « article 24 », sont insérés les références : « et aux premiers et deuxièmes alinéas de l’article 24 bis  ».
