Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « II. – L’article 434‑3 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : « 1° Au premier alinéa, les mots : « trois ans d’emprisonnement et de 45 000 euros d’amende » sont remplacés par les mots : « cinq ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 euros d’amende ». « 2° Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : « cinq ans d’emprisonnement et 75 000 euros d’amende » sont remplacés par les mots : « dix ans d’emprisonnement et 100 000 euros d’amende ». »
