Summary
Les téléviseurs et écrans dont la taille dépasse un certain seuil, fixé par arrêté, sont soumis à une taxe spéciale d’un montant de 5 % du prix public hors taxes. Les conditions d'application du présent article sont fixées par décret en Conseil d'État. Ce décret fixe notamment les modalités d’acquittement et de contrôle de la taxe.
