Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur la faisabilité technique, sanitaire et financière d’une obligation de dénaturation chimique du protoxyde d’azote à usage culinaire par l’adjonction d’un agent amérisant. Ce rapport étudie notamment les technologies de co-vaporisation permettant à la substance répulsive de s’évaporer simultanément avec le gaz afin de rendre son inhalation directe impossible.
