Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 :  « Les prescriptions initiales de verres correcteurs et de lentilles de contact oculaire délivrées en application du 1° de l’article L. 4342‑1 ne sont valables que pour une durée de deux ans et ne peuvent faire l’objet d’un renouvellement qu’à condition qu’un bilan visuel ait été préalablement réalisé par un médecin ophtalmologiste. »
