Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « Après l’article 25  decies de la loi n° 83‑634 du 13 juillet 1983 portant droits et obligations des fonctionnaires, est inséré un article 25  undecies ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 25 undecies – Il est interdit à tout ancien fonctionnaire ou agent public d’exercer une activité de conseil qui a trait directement ou indirectement aux missions de service public attachées à ses anciennes fonctions. »
