Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « II. – Après le même alinéa du même article L. 313‑4 du même code, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Dès lors que les habitats sont identifiés comme étant dégradés tel que mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article, le juge compétent peut prononcer l’obligation de la conduite d’opération de restauration immobilière, qu’il s’agisse de copropriétés ou de bailleurs sociaux relevant du parc social. »
