Summary
Après l’alinéa 9, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Au regard du bilan concurrentiel mentionné au II et des éventuelles atteintes aux intérêts de l’économie nationale ou de celle du secteur concerné, l’Autorité de la concurrence peut adresser une injonction aux parties de revenir à l’état antérieur ou demander la modification de l’accord mentionné au I ».
