Jusqu’au 31 décembre 2031, toute personne qui, à la date de la promulgation de la présente loi, a des droits ouverts à l’allocation aux adultes handicapés peut, à sa demande et tant qu’elle en remplit les conditions d’éligibilité, continuer d’en bénéficier selon les modalités des articles L. 821‑1 et L. 821‑3 du code de la sécurité sociale en vigueur avant cette date.
