Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsque la personne a désigné une personne de confiance, celle-ci peut contester la décision du médecin autorisant l’accès à l’aide à mourir, dans un délai de deux jours à compter de sa notification, devant le juge des contentieux de la protection, en cas d’éléments graves et concordants laissant présumer que la personne n’était pas apte à manifester sa volonté de façon libre et éclairée. La saisine suspend la procédure. Le juge statue dans un délai de deux jours. »
