Summary

I. – Les travaux financés par la subvention attribuée au titre de l’article L. 321‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation pour la réalisation de travaux d’accessibilité ou d’adaptation au vieillissement ou au handicap, sont réalisés dans la limite d’une sous-traitance ne pouvant excéder deux rangs. II. – Les travaux financés au titre des certificats d’économie d’énergie prévus à l’article 14 de la loi n° 2018‑1021 du 23 novembre 2018 portant évolution du logement, de l'aménagement et du numérique, sont réalisés dans la limite d’une sous-traitance ne pouvant excéder deux rangs.
