Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « À compter du 1 er janvier 2025, une proportion minimale de 8 % des produits de consommation courante mis en marché doit être présentée en vrac. Une proportion minimale de 15 % de ces mêmes produits devra être atteinte à compter du 1 er janvier 2028. Les modalités d’application du présent article, notamment les catégories de produits concernées et les proportions minimales imposées, sont prévues par décret en Conseil d’État. »
