Avant l’alinéa 1, insérer les trois alinéas suivants :  « I A. – Après le 7° de l’article L. 752‑1 du code de commerce, il est inséré un 8° ainsi rédigé : « « 8° La création, l’extension ou la transformation d’un bâtiment en un entrepôt logistique d’une surface supérieure à 1 000 mètres carrés au départ duquel au moins 60 % des biens stockés sont livrés directement ou indirectement à travers des entrepôts de transit, au consommateur final à la suite d’une commande effectuée par voie électronique. » « 2° L’article L. 752‑1‑1 est abrogé. »
