Rédiger ainsi cet article : « La distribution à domicile d’imprimés papiers ou cartonnés non adressés est interdite à compter du 1 er janvier 2022 lorsque l’autorisation de les recevoir n’est pas expressément affichée par l’apposition, sur ou à proximité immédiate du réceptacle du courrier, d’une mention visible indiquant cette autorisation. « En outre, le dépôt d’imprimés publicitaires sur les véhicules est interdit à compter du 1 er janvier 2022. « Les sanctions pour non-respect des dispositions du présent article sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
