Summary

Après l’article L. 511‑1 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un article L. 511‑1‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 511‑1‑1 . – Lorsqu’un élève profère des propos à caractère raciste ou antisémite, à l’égard d’un autre élève ou d’un membre du personnel de l’établissement scolaire, des poursuites disciplinaires doivent obligatoirement être engagées par le chef d’établissement. « Ces faits donnent lieu à un signalement à l’autorité judiciaire conformément à l’article 40 du code de procédure pénale. »
