L. 6333‑7‑4 . – I. – Lorsqu’un signalement est effectué en application de l’article L. 561‑2 du code monétaire et financier pour constatation ou soupçon de commission d’une infraction préjudiciable au fonds mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6333‑6 ou aux ressources mentionnées au deuxième alinéa du même article L. 6333‑6, la cellule de renseignement financier mentionnée à l’article L. 561‑23 du code monétaire et financier en informe la Caisse des dépôts et consignations. »
