Summary

I. – Les locations de logements classés « F » et « G » par un diagnostic de performance énergétique sont interdites à partir de 2025. II. – Le Gouvernement remet au Parlement, avant le 1 er novembre 2018, un rapport visant à préconiser des outils économiques et financiers adaptés à mettre en place pour accompagner les propriétaires non occupants à faibles revenus dans le financement des travaux des logements mal isolés, notamment la mise en place d’un fonds public avançant les coûts des travaux des logements mal isolés.
