Après l’alinéa 18, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Art. L. 2396‑6‑1 . – Le fait de ne pas communiquer les renseignements mentionnés à l’article L. 2396‑4, de communiquer des renseignements inexacts ou de faire obstacle à la vérification prévue à l’article L. 2396‑5, après mise en demeure restée infructueuse, est puni d’une amende dont le montant ne peut excéder 150 000 euros ».
