Après l’alinéa 10, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Lorsqu’une commission de suivi du projet minier a été constituée, elle rend un avis sur la déclaration d’arrêt de travaux transmise par l’exploitant. Cet avis est mis à la disposition du public sur le site internet des préfectures des départements concernés. »
