Summary

I. – Supprimer l’alinéa 21. II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 22, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Au sein du fonds, une commission médicale indépendante se prononce sur l’existence d’un lien entre l’exposition aux pesticides et la survenue de la pathologie. Sa composition est fixée par un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé, des outre-mer et de l’agriculture. »
